Bill Wanner

Commercial Real Estate Broker / Principal
Bill Wanner’s expertise is rooted in experience. He began his career in real estate in 1985 and, in addition to being a real estate broker, he serves as the VP Director of Real Estate for both BNA Properties, LLC and SSG Corporation holdings. He is also the broker and a principal with BNA Realty.

Because he’s familiar with everything from site selection to ongoing management, he brings to each opportunity his deep familiarity with the on-the-ground realities of commercial real estate. Just as importantly, Bill brings a personal understanding of how commercial real estate fits into the plans and dreams of clients.

Meet Burt Nordstrand

Founder/Principal
Burt Nordstrand is the founder and president of SSG Corporation, the owner and operator of convenience food stores, gasoline stations and liquor stores in northwestern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Nordstrand is a pioneer in the convenience store business and is credited with bringing self-service gasoline stations to the Midwest. He formed the company in July, 1971 and its 40 stores are operated under the “Holiday” franchise and the company-owned “Auto Stop” and “Northland Liquors” brands.

Nordstrand is also a principal in BNA Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage firm operating in Hudson, Wisconsin and surrounding communities. Over the past 30 years, Nordstrand has acquired, developed and sold many commercial properties in his own portfolio, now operated as BNA Properties, LLC. Through BNA Realty, LLC, he makes that expertise and experience available to others interested in commercial real estate investment and development in western Wisconsin.

Nick Forsgren

Property Manager
Nick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in 2015 and joined BNA Realty, LLC as a property manager for BNA Properties, LLC.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Nick carries out tasks such as building maintenance, new leases and renewals, marketing vacancies, responding to tenant communications, and also assists Bill Wanner with the management of other properties owned or managed by BNA Realty, LLC.  Contact Nick with any questions regarding available space, leasing or commercial property consultation.
